A-One Manufacturing  fabricates an Automatic Rack Loader to handle various sizes of product logs,  The ergonomical design helps to greatly reduce employee injury, reducing workers compensation claims and lost production hours.

Operation Procedure:

Auto Dispenser Receives Product from Table and Places it on to Indexing Table

Indexing Table Automatically Moves in Sequence with Dispenser Until Full

Dispenser Travels to Pre-Determined Rack Level and Then Pushes all of the Logs onto Rack.

Accumulation Table Receives and Holds up to 10 Logs

Complete Controls with Lighted Functions, Levels, Etc.

Hydraulic Power Giving You Infinite Control of Movement

Available with Transition Conveyor for Product Handling
